The Wholesome Living Blog started here in 2021 to help guide you along living your wholesome life intentionally one month at a time! Three years later the updated, upgraded and polished version became available in print as the REFRESH year-long self-coaching maintenance program (included in the RENEW workbook). This blog grew into a uniquely designed graduate program that guides you through the seasonal flow of life through friendly monthly reminders. REFRESH consists out of 12 monthly coaching sessions that will gently remind you of your goals, intentions and aspirations. It’s like an annual ‘refresher’ course. That’s why it’s called ‘The REFRESH Program’. Monthly coaching sessions filled with seasonal self-coaching tips to help you stay on track, every month of every year.

The strategy to a fulfilling and wholesome life are a series of intentional actions. These monthly coaching reminders are filled with wholesome self-coaching tips to help you stay on track, every day of every season. Final destination: happiness and fulfilment!
Your wholesome life starts with clarity and awareness. We start off the New Year by making space for your New Normal and making room for your New You to flourish into. The first quarter of the year is all about creating clarity through elimination, decluttering and streamlining.
Q2 is all about (re) CREATING your life through intentional alignment with your values, priorities and aspirations. April will zoom in on how you can make your life more fulfilling. In MAY we will CELEBRATE OUR ONLINE ANNIVERSARY by actively creating a more meaningful life. June shows us how to become comfortable with being uncomfortable by living creatively.
Summer is all about reaping the rewards of all your intentional work, and relaxing into your new normal. It is also the season to rejuvenate and recharge. The good summer living is supposed to revitalise and re-energise us for a successful Q4.
Q4 is the home run to New Year’s Eve! In September we will tackle the how and why of Intentional Living. October will expose the scary limitations of our mind and how we can learn to work with them, instead sabotaging or spooking us out. In November we will put our Gratitude into Action, to feel profoundly thankful before Thanksgiving. In December we celebrate the Holiday Season of giving with Joy by putting our Kindness into Action.
During the (post)pandemic year 2021 I published the Wholesome Living blog here with loads of FREE information because I believed we could all use some mighty good vibes and ultra TLC during those mega challenging times! Three years later I bundled all these monthly coaching sessions into an updated, upgraded and polished REFRESH self-coaching program available within the RENEW WORKBOOK.
Hopefully this will help us all bounce back from this pandemic more resilient than ever before. I strongly believe that in this postpandemic world we need to support each other in creating a new normal that is wholesome and healthy for all.
