Feel Good. Be Good. Do Good.

You need to take care of yourself first, and start living intentionally, if you don’t want to go through life whirling around aimlessly and burn out before accomplishing anything meaningful. This corona pandemic has emphasised the significance of self-care, and I wholeheartedly embrace this new global awareness of its importance. In order to do good, you have to feel good and be good first. Mahatma Gandhi said it best: “Be the change you wish to see in the world.”

Over the course of my life I have researched, re-designed, and implemented the changes necessary to be the best person I can be. My friends have been nudging me for years to start a coaching program centered around self-care. Here it is: my explorations and experiences of the past 20 years boiled down into a 40 day RESET course to assist you in discovering your unique path to lasting fullfillment, peace and happiness. I hope my wholesome journey will benefit yours.

I believe the below resources could open up a world of goodness to you. When you purchase the 40 day RESET program you will receive a truckload more resources, but this page is a start for your curious mind. It takes 40 days to fully integrate a new habit into your being. In the book RESET: A FLIGHT ATTENDANT’S PRACTICAL GUIDE TO BEING GROUNDED THROUGH TURBULENT TIMES I will gradually share ideas and suggest daily practices. When an exercise resonates with you, please do explore it further! The content and concepts within (and below) will point you in the direction of possible deeper discoveries. One can only bring a horse to water…

Feel Good. Be Good. Do Good.
