This RESET is a 6 week self-coaching program written as a selfcare staycation retreat. The first two weeks of this self-coaching program are solely focussed on establishing a solid foundation for us to build on. We will take the time to explore the principles and research coaching is based on during this initial phase of this RESET Program. The second phase offers you pure life coaching skills so you can choose how you would like to show up in that newly re-designed wholesome life. The final phase is exploring how you could make your life more meaningful. You need to feel good in order to be good and do good. 

This 40 day self-coaching program might be just what you need to RESET your life and awaken your inner coach. These daily reminders along with suggestions, new practices and concepts will help you RESET your life to wholesome. You will need to be self-motivated, disciplined and hold yourself accountable, however. You will need to commit to rearranging your schedule and setting aside 30-90 minutes each day for at least these 40 days without any distractions to focus on re-designing your life. I suggest you set aside at least 30 min every morning, and 30 min every evening to establish new healthy habits and strengthen your self-coaching skills.

I am the kind of person who enjoys jumping out of planes and bungee jump, because it makes me feel alive. I love to push myself not just to the edge, but literally off the ledge, and feel the exhilaration of touching new grounds when landing. 

You might not be that adventurous… That’s why I wrote this self-coaching program in book format, so you can pace yourself to your liking. You could choose to read a chapter a week instead of one a day, to create a more gradual evolvement for example.
